CLASS STARTING AGAIN in JANUARY 2020
This hour of vigorous dancing set to dance music from around the world, aims to burn about 500 calories, strengthen your heart, lungs and circulation, release endorphins galore and keep you rockin’ for the rest of the day!We’ll move to choreography that’s challenging, but simple enough for most folks to follow and get down and funky with! Each session also begins and ends with an intelligent warm-up and cool down stretch. Open to teens and adults of all ages in good health.
