Yoga for Arthritis is a Gentle / Restorative and SAFE Hatha Yoga Practice. Join this class for: Stress Reduction, Pain Management, Increase Independence and Confidence! Do you have pain, stiffness, inflammation, damage to cartilage and surrounding structures? Your joints may be compromised and unstable.
This class is for RA, OA, Lupus, MS, Parkinson”s, Tendinitis, Fibromyalgia, Epstein”s Barr and other Systemic Issues. For those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor, a CHAIR may be used for assistance. However, This is NOT a CHAIR YOGA program. Students will be encouraged to use the Chair and Props for support only as needed. You do not have to be in PAIN or Emergency Survival Mode to gain GREAT and DEEP benefits from this PRACTICE!
