Biography:
Moses Padro, Executive Chef – Chef Moe is originally from
Brooklyn and has been a chef for thirty years working at some of
the most Iconic establishments in the world. He was a chef at the
Adrian Kitchen at the Famous Peninsula Hotel in Midtown and at
Tundra’s of Fort Lauderdale for many years before moving back to
New York. He has also taught children’s cooking classes at the
Museum of Natural History. An expert at inspecting food items,
planning, developing menus, preparation techniques and
presentation, Chef Moe also loves to incorporate fun into cooking,
whether you are cooking for yourself or entertaining family and
friends.
