Gentlemen, are you uncomfortable on the dance floor? Then come learn some dance basics while getting a total body workout! Yes, we will learn swing, salsa, waltz, tango and other ballroom basics, as well as some folk dances, ballet and cool hip hop and disco moves (along with your push-ups, crunches, and free weight-lifting). Each workout will end with luxurious stretching and a deep relaxation. The goal is to have fun, sweat, and encourage participants to look forward to joining any open dance floor – at a wedding, at a party, at home, on the street. Come as you are, bring your two left feet and let’s find your groove and grace.
